Muraviev Chambers is a unique project of the architectural bureau Ostozhenka that consists of seventeen 4-story townhouses situated in the Ostozhenka area. Each townhouse has a functioning fireplace, a winter garden and two entrances. The total area varies from 315 to 420 sq.m. with ceilings of at least 3 meters. Foundation, walls and floor separations are made of monolithic concrete slabs.

The inner courtyard has a decorative fence, designer landscaping, and is paved with stones of different color to separate the lots attached to each building. Each cottage is equipped with 2 telephone lines, satellite TV, high-speed Internet, fire protection system, and a video intercom.

All houses are connected to central air conditioning, water-purifying filters, and hot-water heating.

The sidewalks between buildings are also stone-paved.

Video surveillance, professional security, 24-hour staff, electromechanical locks. The complex was completed and put into operation between 2001 and 2003.
